Learning & Teaching Administration Support Officer
Able to support staff of the Learning & Teaching Division in preparing resources, assisting with workshops and special events and general administration/reception duties. This role reports to the Director of Learning and Teaching.
Secretariat Office Manager (Personal Assistant to the Head of Ministry)
Responsible to the HoM for general administration duties, preparing reports and cabinet papers, managing schedules, facilitating meetings and overseeing ministry-wide travel arrangements and the reception area. The successful applicant would have good writing skills, including report writing, project and event management skills, strong planning and organisation experience, and have an eye for detail and an ability to show initiative where needed.
HRM Advisor – Performance (PDS), Staffing & Appointments
Reporting to the Director HRM, advising staff across the ministry on staff appraisals, individual case-work and reviews, and school/CITTI staffing and appointments. Experience in working in the education sector, staff management and the ability to communicate in both Cook Islands Maori and English is preferred.
Senior Maintenance Officer, Finance Division
The successful applicant would be required to prepare and oversee work-plans for repair and maintenance tasks for Ministry headquarters and schools, assist in the procurement of materials and manage the maintenance team. This supervisory role would suit those with experience in trades and manual labour.
Maintenance Officer, Finance Division
Experience in maintaining grounds, facilities and gardens, minor repair and maintenance of the Ministry headquarters and schools. A working knowledge of basic repair and maintenance skills, a good work ethic and ability to work well in a team is preferred.
