CAREER EXPO 2025 – EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION FORM

The Career Expo 2025 is an exciting opportunity to engage with Year 10-13 students, inspiring them about career pathways while upholding our heritage. We encourage exhibitors to bring their ‘Go Careers’ attitude, fully engage with students, and offer prizes or giveaways (including enhancements ) to make the experience interactive and memorable.

The following terms and conditions are general guideline for exhibitors.

I will attend the 2024 careers Expo Thursday 19th June 2025 9am - 3pm
Early bird registration is encouraged to secure prime booth placement. Set up is available from 18th June after 3pm and no later than Thursday 19th at 6.30am-8am. Please be advised this event is free to join therefore we require your full commitment. (multi-choice)
Provided for your booth: 1x trestle table Two chairs A table skirt. *Power outlets in the auditorium and under the domes are available, please bring your own extension cables.
Our event organisers reserve the right to make changes to the booth assignment, booth sizes or other aspects of the expo as deemed necessary, with reasonable notice provided to exhibitors whenever possible.

Exhibitors are expected to set up on Wednesday 18th June after 3pm or before 8:30 am On Thursday 19th June 2025

We encourage you to make your booth interactive and engaging.

Giveaways and enhancements are allowed but should be appropriate for students

EVENT SCHEDULE
• 9:00 AM – Opening Ceremony
• 11:30 AM – 12:15 PM – Lunch Break
• 3:00 PM – Event Closes & Exhibitor Pack Down

The expo's great. Every year we love to come and inspire young minds. There was so much interactive this year and we do have a couple of prizes which is a great draw card for students, but overall such a great event.
