1. Manager- Information Technology (IT)

This role involves overseeing IT infrastructure, network security, and the integration of educational technology in schools. The selected applicant should be to lead and manage the Ministry of Education’s Information Technology (IT) systems, ensuring the effective use of technology to support educational and operational goals.

2. Manager- Human Resources Management(HRM)

The selected applicant should be able to lead the human resources function within the Ministry of Education, ensuring that staffing, professional development, employee relations, and welfare programs support the Ministry’s goals.

3. Manager- National Curriculum

This position plays a central role in ensuring curriculum frameworks directly support quality teaching and learning in all schools. The selected applicant should be to lead the implementation and delivery of the national curriculum across schools, ensuring its practical application drives measurable improvements in learner outcomes.

4. Manager- Early Childhood Education (ECE)

The selected applicant should be to lead the lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality Early Childhood Education (ECE) across the Cook Islands.

5. Manager- Inclusive Education

The selected applicant should be to lead and coordinate the Ministry’s Inclusive Education strategy, ensuring that all learners—particularly those with diverse learning needs, disabilities, or barriers to education—can access and participate in quality learning experiences across all levels. Additionally, oversee the integration of technology-enabled learning solutions that promote equity, especially for learners in the Pa Enua.
